We process account details such as your name, email address, authentication method, security sessions, and account preferences.

We store conversations, messages, model selections, usage totals, and files you intentionally upload when file storage is enabled.

We collect limited operational information such as request identifiers, timestamps, device type, IP-derived security signals, and redacted error logs.

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide AI conversations, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, operate support and security workflows, and improve reliability.

Conversation content is sent to the AI provider selected for the request. Provider availability and applicable provider policies may vary by deployment.

Depending on configuration, Banco may use managed database and object-storage providers, Resend for account emails, OAuth providers for sign-in, Stripe for billing, and AI providers such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter.

We disclose only the information needed to perform the requested service and do not sell personal information.

Chats and uploaded files remain until you delete them or the deployment retention policy removes them. Security and billing records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

To request account access, correction, export, or deletion, contact hello@hellobanco.site. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Banco uses encrypted transport, access controls, hashed credentials, session revocation, request validation, and audit logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Providers may process data in countries other than your own. Deployments serving regulated users must configure appropriate regional hosting and contractual safeguards.
